MARNYS® Coconut Oil is a 100% pure and natural oil to be incorporated to our healthy eating habits on a daily basis. MARNYS® coconut oil provides many medium chain fatty acids, among which we can highlight the lauric acid that MARNYS® coconut oil contains up to 50%. Medium chain fatty acids are easier to digest, since their absorption and transport imply a much shorter system than long chain fatty acids. Most of these fatty acids are used directly for energy production, and lauric acid is the one that contributes less to fat accumulation. How to use it: Ideal for seasoning, cooking and frying as a substitute for any other vegetable oil or butter.
